We are an experienced building and construction company working across the south of England building homes for individuals, families and property developers. From concept to completion we are able to guide our clients through the whole new-build process. We believe in providing quality builds for our clients and our reputation speaks for itself, with many of our clients coming to us by recommendation.

Each build we undertake is covered by Castle 10 from Checkmate which is a 10-year new home warranty policy offering exactly the same features and protection as our competitors required by the banks and building societies for mortgage lending. It offers the following key elements of cover:

Deposit protection during the construction period.
Developer warranty period cover for small items (2-years for a new home and 2-years for a new conversion).
Structural and weatherproofing cover until the home is ten-years-old.
Site preparation insurance for known contaminants.
